any years ago a tradition started of "Bunny Cake" at Easter. When I was younger we made quite a few of these cakes each Easter to deliver to various grandparents and other family and friends. The past few years I have done my best to preserve the tradition of making one bunny cake per year (one is enough work all on its own!) to share with my family.
