Wow, would you look at that...a no parking sign on a Seattle street! Well, it might be okay because it is for the St. Patrick's Day parade. Actually, upon closer inspection it appears that keeping cars from parking there allows the Sound Wave tubas to get to their destination and that part is just fine!!! I am not biased or anything!
