Garden Update - A fourth box!

Hooray - it was finally nice enough for my dad to build our final box, the fourth raised garden bed, so we could finish the planting. After the dirt had been hauled into it, of course, but my parents graciously took that on and I arrived just in time to help get everything planted. :)

In the new box we planted some sweet corn starts and a bunch of rows of corn kernels. In the front we added a pumpkin start and some additional herbs. The picture was taken at a strange angle since the sun decided to make a grand entrance at that moment and I was trying to avoid throwing shadows onto the box!

And all four boxes all lined up...

And lastly, the most grand part of seeing the garden again after just over 24 hours...the radishes had grown even more! Compare for yourself the rows from the day before, it is nuts! I guess we are thankful for all of the rain after all, just so long as it doesn't drown out all of our garden goodness!
