Where are the whales?

We started the day with some breakfast out. Breakfast was fine, but it didn't offer up the same fabulous view we had come to enjoy on our lanai! But then again, we were still in Hawaii so it couldn't be all bad!

We booked a whale watching tour with the Pacific Whale Foundation. We didn't see as many whales as we heard others had recently seen but we were lucky enough to catch some great photos!!

(We are actually quite proud of that tail shot...not sure how that worked out just right!)

This one is for you, Emily!!! We had dinner at Bubba Gump's with Jeff and Gin. This was a "must-do" for me as Emily and I had gone to all three restaurants when we had been in Hawaii previously, and I have since been to the one in Monterey, CA, and San Francisco, CA - and walked by the one in Denver, CO (does that count?). :) There is just something about this place!
