Hmmm, the massive wine country seems to be getting further and further behind us. Bummer for us considering that means we are getting closer to reality and heading back to work.
There isn't too much to say about our day as it consisted mostly of driving until we made it to our stop for the night in Ashland, OR. We were quite happy on this leg of the drive however, since it was sunny and warm instead of rainy and yucky out. We went to the Standing Stone Brewing Co. for dinner and we each tried out one of their beers. Not too bad, neither was the food, all in all a good experience. We walked around a bit and peered into a number of stores that apparently closed up earlier in the day and then had some tasty ice cream for dessert before heading back to the hotel.
We are making progress on our Snoopy puzzle and will have more updates on that sometime in the near future (how is that for vague?). That is it for now, we will be returning home late Monday evening and then it won't be all wine and blogs any longer. Only some of the time! ~Heather

Speaking of tasty ice cream...I'm not sure whether to commend or curse you for bring the wonder that is blackberry cabernet sorbet into my life. I ate almost the whole friggin pint last night, inadvertently. Thanks.
